Certain mid level managers have a high degree of favoritism. This makes and made a few seniors feel they are neglected, especially with promotions. Uncertainty at times causes anxiety amongst employees.

Been working here for more than 5 years and the company has changed for the better. While there is a still a very strong entrepreneurial culture processes have gotten better, things are more streamlined and generally there is a bigger company attitude. Someone has worked hard to make that happen. Work/ Life balance has also improved. Working weekends though not at zero don't happen very often and frankly if you want zero working weekends then don't look at a career in IT. I'm able to spend quality time with my family and Ignify has helped me get loans, buy a house. I'm grateful for the opportunities I have been given. Company continues to grow and is very profitable.

Some things can still be adhoc. Travel can sometimes be an issue depending on your job - especially for consultants. However, travel is far lesser than other IT consulting firms from my experience.
