Pros

They will hire quickly and if they are in jeopardy of losing a contract, you can name your salary and they will pay it but they only intend upon using you for less than a year. So, if they continually spam out all of your inboxes and the hiring process seems too fast, make sure to ask for as much money as you can! They will, most likely, pay you at least market value BUT try to ask for more bc they are known to be very cheap, as well.

Cons

During the interview process, they go over and above to market themselves as this awesome place to work. I haven't worked in many companies but I have enough experience to know these people are not normal and they lie. They say they are a "Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, ESOP" but in order to become fully vested, it takes 6 years. Their health insurance is bottom of the barrel and doesn't cover much of anything until you reach $6k or so, Employee Assistance Program doesn't provide any sort of assistance, Human Resources is of no use, there are several different DBA and it seems like they have a couple CEOs who switch around and are just supposed to make it all look legit. They are not good people. They will accuse you of things you did not do or say. If you take any sort of effort to help out a coworker, be careful, you will be punished. If you want to try to keep the position, don't speak up about anything. The leads and middle management like to play blame games. I met a woman who worked for them when I was hired. She was very nice, funny and highly skilled. Couple days after I met her, she was gone. They openly make very unprofessional jokes about her and others who they let go. They rebranded with an entirely different logo which is something they do, rather often, especially when they feel they are getting a bad reputation. They have an entirely different LinkedIn Company page and removed the former one, completely. They went from "Ignite Fueling Innovation" to "Ignite Impossible"

Pros

The company offers good benefits, including out of pocket health care cost reimbursement and a small amount of tuition reimbursement. It offers adequate opportunities to gain experience you can take to a better job. Upper level management is reasonably competent.

Cons

Middle management is highly incompetent. Salaries are bottom of the barrel. Performance reviews are few and far between, and even a stellar review will only get you a 4% raise. Communication between management and employees is the worst I've seen. Management is all too ready to buckle to unreasonable contract demands/changes, probably due to the fact they are a small company that needs their contracts.
