      Pros

      Remote options on contracts. Decent Benefits. HSA available.

      Cons

      Very little communication or support internally for employees. Unclear criteria for performance, makes performance reviews more like a self evaluation. HR can clueless about your actual job responsibilities. Little to no career development paths and training limited to udemy.
