Pros
1. Base pay of $15 an hour and over time. It's not fully commission like a lot of other sales positions 2. Entry level so I gain exp. I'm try to get 2 years of exp under my belt because unfortunately for any jobs in my field you need that for an entry level job. 3. Training period is as long as you need it to be. You get promoted out when you can make $1000 in commissions. The training is extensive at least it was for me. 4. The people here are cool and helpful. It's not like a "bro" culture where they tell you to suck it up. 5. I'm a W-2 employee 6. It's a flexible schedule meaning I just talk to the manager if I have a doctors appointment or something. They don't track it like other places where you only get X amount of days off. 7. No cap on commissions 8. No cold calling. It's retail and at events sales 9. We have Bonus' from the client or the manager like gift cards for gas almost weekly 10. I make over $1000 a week fresh out of college
Cons
1. You use your own car to get to stores. You can car pool. I don't because I like to leave when I want to. 2. Health insurance is through the market place.
