Pros
IV is in a hyper-growth phase right now, and recently had 2 accquisitions which provides a lot of growth opportunity across teams. Promotions are frequent.
Great culture - leadership and your team genuinely care about you as a person. I made life-long friends here.
You get to work with some of the best in the biz - extremely talented teams.
Flexible hours + unlimited PTO. Hours ARE long (as with any agency environment) but have a lot of flexibility for personal time.
Cons
Processes are a bit of a mess and cross functional teams are often working in silos which creates a lot of confusion and delays. There have been a lot of improvements but slow adoption/push back by various teams.
The agency is shifting to franchise focused work (vs medium or enterprise businesses). Right now, IV doesn't have the tools or staff to scale this model as quickly as they are growing, leading to employee burnout and higher employee/client churn in recent months.
Pay is slightly lower than competing agencies and benefits are a bit expensive/limited options for employees outside of CA.
