Hi There, It is very hard to respond to a review like this. Sounds like you worked at the company for more than year, but wanted more than our regular practice of letting people out between 3:30 and 4:30 on Friday. We do our best to create a good work environment for people. You of course know this if you worked here. I believe there are more benefits to the company than leaving early on Friday. Some of those being fun outings, work from home policy, bonuses, caring deeply about the employees, excellent growth rate, job stability, attracting amazing clients, clear processes, frequent raises, frequent promotions, clear structure, frequent planning and more.
