Pros
I enjoy working at a job knowing what I am doing every day is saving lives.
Cons
There is no planning or forward thinking. Priorities are set on a hourly basis. There is ZERO communication from the corporate offices, other then them inviting all of the corporate employees to ice cream socials, or giving the corporate employees days off for hard work, while the people actually making the company money are working weekends and holidays. However we are still copied on the e-mails. Those are the corporate priorities, meanwhile it has been over 10 months since we had any business related contact with the corporate offices. There are also more people involved in looking over the work of the people at the bottom then there are people working at the bottom.
