Growing company with chances for advancement and continued education. Also competative benefits package and work is rewarding. Laid back atmosphere among employees with small business feel to it. Good place for young and motivated people with strong work ethics to come in and help company to prosper and grow. Management is always looking for smart and diligent workers to come in and help.
Cons
Often long hours, communication problems between some department heads, hard to change culture and defientcies within the complany due to nature of work and current setup. Infastructer is currently being reworked and causing some headaches with basic tasks such as ordering supplies.
