Problematic Offer letter & job security - Manager Iksula Employee Review

They will ask you to resign before rolling out full offer letter with detailed breakup. Once you resign you will realise/or may be after months that you are paying for your own gratuity, medical insurance l, etc. No employee engagement. Since you are working for a foreign org, they can layoff easily and iksula won't help much. You will be paying for benefits yourself so understand policies better. You feel like a freelancer and won't feel a part of iksula org, which is sad.
