This is an independent studio that values each employee's personal and professional growth, and they can choose to work from home anywhere in the US. The culture is highly creative, dynamic, and with lots of opportunities to socialize within and outside work hours. Compensation is higher than average for a studio this size, and benefits that reward performance as well as work/life balance.

Don't come here if you want to blend into the background of a large studio - this is a place where people are expected to own their job, roll up their sleeves, and collaborate and make games. Good news is that individuals have a big impact on what ends up in-game.

The people you work around and with are amazing. Very talented folk who are doing their best to try and put out the best products possible. Despite poor decision making from executives those doing the real work are always doing their best. Great place for starting out as a junior engineer. You'll learn a lot of good best practices and have some decent support from senior but beyond that not much growth or development. Great perks and benefits. Company tries to take care of their employees.

Management is lacking in a cohesive direction for the studio. Missed opportunities and continued failures by putting out the same thing over and over. Salary is not competitive. Don't expect to get paid the industry standard, infact expect well bellow.
