We unfailing adhere to the strict regulations imposed by the industry when dealing with all clients. Our clients have never complained about our conduct or service throughout our history. The vast majority of our staff have been with the firm for many years and earn compensation in line with or better than the market. We also offer a few short-term internships which frequently turn into full-time permanent employment positions. Under no circumstances have we ever coerced or even encouraged former interns or employees to leave positive reviews. It is shocking and disappointing that an employee who is given every chance and bit of support to perform while at the firm then can disparage the company with such unjustified malice upon leaving the job. Our fast-paced environment is certainly not for everyone. Everybody here is given equal opportunity to generate business and grow professionally. Those who do not have the skills, stamina, integrity or attitude to take advantage of the available opportunities can quickly become under-performers and often leave disgruntled with themselves for being unable to grow.
