Pros

Good experience helping the homeless. Some staff members really cared and did help the clients. Good benefits. Good mission and values.

Cons

Poor facilities, food, and supplies given to clients. Facility old, dirty, not up to code. Clients deserve better. Some staff seemed to really not care about helping the clients. Unsafe for staff at times because of low staffing, little support. Low pay. Poor communication from management to staff.
