- Career growth and development occur rapidly. Consultants are given the training and tools to succeed and then the opportunity to apply them.
- This company rewards hard work and delivering value to the client.
- The leaders and other consultants work very hard to develop the business and ensure the company is strategically positioned to grow.
- We emphasize continuous learning and continuous improvement. We coach clients in this way and we apply it to our internal operations and culture.
- We are passionate about helping public sector clients improve the work they do. We often say, "We help the people that help the people", so I feel like we are doing work that makes a difference in the community and state.
- While internal standards and templates exist, the company encourages consultants to use "creative freedom" to take existing ideas and make them better.
- Great office space that leadership is always improving to make better for on-site work.
- Professional development and continuous learning is highly encouraged and rewarded.
Cons
- As a growing company, policies can change over time to meet the current needs of the company. People who are not adaptable, or comfortable with change may struggle.
- Some project outcomes are not defined so we have to be creative and innovative with our recommendations. This can create ambiguity with deliverables and also creates opportunities for us to show our value.
- Some projects are challenging and complex and requires us to be available on "off hours". However, this is the nature of consulting and should be expected.
