The culture at ICS is hands down the best I've experienced at any other company. They really put their people first and the team feels like a family. While work can be challenging and fast-pace, work-life balance is maintained.

No cons, this company is great overall!

The young creative team works hard and makes a real effort. There are definitely some really good, talented designers at the company.

The quality of the work is below what you would expect from professionals. The owner thinks he's some kind of progressive thought leader, but that's delusion… The headcount at ICS is like ~15, but you'd expect it to be about a third of that based on the actual volume of projects they take on. The disparity comes down to the fact that a lot of the people who work there are only concerned with looking busy, most of whom are managers.
