Pros
Flexible hours, high caliber creative, they work hard and play hard. It has a fun vibe and you get to work on a variety of clients. They actually care about the employees here and mentor the junior designers. Best job I've ever had out of the 4 marketing and design agencies I've worked at.
Cons
Sometimes it will get slow, the ebbs and flows of business and then time goes slower.
