I have worked for the company for several years, and the management style has only improved and improved, including the micromanaging referenced in other reviews. Most of the managers have been promoted from within the company's ranks, which continues to create consistency. They reward their loyal employees with internal promotions. Sure, it's hard work but this is HOSPITALITY. They are securing some awesome accounts. Definitely a great time to join, positions always available. Their worksites are spread throughout the Bay Area and they will work with you to find the most convenient situation for you. Flexibility and hustle are certainly rewarded here.
