Good Company - Flavor Operations Analyst Imbibe Employee Review

The company is proactive about improving, being innovative, and growing. It regularly seeks feedback from its employees on how it can be better and takes the initiative to follow through. I was also impressed with how accessible it is to talk with executive leadership. The office environment has a great vibe - filled with leisure activities, a gym, and many snack choices. They are intentional about caring for the wellness of their employees.

There are no downsides that would be a dealbreaker for me. If I were being picky, I would say I'm not enthusiastic about going outside and walking over to the other building during bad weather. But this isn't an everyday event for me; it is more like once in a while.

Learning opportunities is good, nothing else

Horrendous management. This is a company that throttles employee morale day by day, what is the point of having checkins when you are not promoting people or don't have any intent to do so. No constructive feedback or goal settimg. They would rather have hardworking employees leave and then get new people than retain them. Worst work culture of my life. I hope the company and it's rotten management go down.
