-Constructive criticism is taken as you’re mad or unhappy from upper management -Corporate (Paris) has no regard for US Holidays but when it is their holiday they get it off and we still have to work on our holidays -High performers get awarded by adding more to their workload despite being told they’re overworked -HR Policies different across groups so as a result you have HR telling you things that don’t apply to your business group -There’s no real on boarding process which is not good so you have to learn about the company and benefits on your own
