*POOR MIDDLE MANAGEMENT *Poor Deployment policy ( always like placing officers living in the east to work in the west and vice versa) * Management's poor ability to differentiate between good n bad officers. * Middle management fondness to promote bootlickers than true hardworking officers. * Middle management uses favouritism and biased practice to manage officers instead of fair assessment. * Officers with looks (especially female) tends to have a very fast career progression without needing to much effort. * Too many bootlickers and back stabbing colleagues. * Management's don't take well to suggestion and opinions from the ground. They interpret that as a challenge to their authority n intelligence instead of taking it as a honest feedback to improve work flow. * A fair many book-smart senior officers that are actually not that impressive in their work.
