Pros
Good foot in the door to get sales experience. You must have a natural talent for sales as they wont train or develops you.
Cons
Company has poor upper management who essentially have no clue what they're doing. They are desperate for sales and rely on their employees to cold call people who don't use their wireless services. They rely on competitive pricing but the customers come back very unhappy after numerous wireless service issues. The retail employees and customer care reps have to deal with the brunt of their anger.
