Very knowledgeable and research oriented President. Good people at the bench, fairly flexible as for work schedule.
Cons
Major lack of communication from the managers and executives. Funding is steadily declining and with current management style I don't see it improving. The new CEO is only in the office a couple days per week, claims that he's out raising capital, but there have been zero announcements of new capital raised, he's been there about 1 year. We used to have company meeting monthly, that went to quarterly and now is at never.
