Great work environment, helpful coworkers, willing to train you, eager to move you around in the company, good management skills, good company values, help out community, good profits company-wide
Cons
No pay raises-reason for leaving, company has trouble keeping employees when they receive better offers elsewhere, try to shuffle employees to positions they aren't qualified for, rather than hiring someone qualified. President is also outwardly sexist towards women at times
