      1) Plenty of scope to learn provided you are a self learner 2) Higher Management gives values to your idea and encourages you to grow 3) Good Work Life Balance

      Cons

      1) Sometimes upgrades technology only when needed to extreme point so sometimes you may feel lagging behind with latest trend 2) No proper system for appraisal
