      Fast turnover of staff as there is no pay. It is still classed as a start-up but doesn't seem like getting salaries for workers is high on the priority list

      Remote work, Flexible Schedule, flexible working hours, Good Culture. Be able to work with a Multi-Cultural team, inclusive, No experience needed, work/life balance.

      Cons

      No compensation, no benefits, meetings can be difficult to attend depending on your location. No clear opportunity to grow within the company.
