Cons
- Managers will monitor you very closely. I understand it's their responsibility - For the first year, we get only 9 paid leaves which is too less(12 from the second year) - A lot of work is there, so I didn’t get any chance to sharpen my personal skills in the office - All projects are from overseas clients, but none of us got any opportunity for on-site development - Should add some indoor games like TT or any other - Work-life balance is difficult in some cases but still manageable.
