My experience here was a very stressful one and can't think of anything good cause I still feel the exhaustion!
Cons
The company hires unqualified professionals and in turn micromanage all employees with blatant distrust! It's obvious that the blame should go to the management, making that terrible decision thinking they could save money paying these people lower wages, but the inefficiency only rose up!
