Pros

Some of the employees are great to work with. Some departments have good management. Pay is decent and benefits are also decent.

Cons

They keep putting up fake reviews every time they get a negative one. Worrying about if you’re going to keep your job is still a constant. They are letting go of great employees and the other great ones are leaving on their own because management has no clear direction. There are so many secrets it makes it hard to buy into the company anymore. Sure we have free breakfast and lunch every week but is it worth selling your soul for it?

Pros

New CEO is smart, capable, and doing a good job Benefits were good Catered lunch in the office each Wednesday

Cons

Toxic middle management - yelling, tantrums, and retaliation on top of extreme incompetence. Managers fail to lead and are essentially micromanagers of tasks. They create meaningless work, stress out about it, and fail to validate the business need at any point in the process. When you suggest and deliver something of actual value, you will receive no credit. Honestly this was the worst experience of my entire professional career and I’ve never been so thankful to leave an organization.
