Thank you for the feedback. The company has nearly doubled in size over the last couple of years, but with customer demand being so strong the number of deployments has grown much more. We are able to succeed in satisfying the surging demand because of dedicated team members like yourself that want to make a change in the world. Having said that, we fully recognize that as we grow in scale, becoming more efficient (thereby reducing our own workloads) is paramount; this is a topic all stakeholders in the company are involved in at various strategic levels. In the process of becoming more efficient, team members' feedback is absolutely critical, and we accordingly ask that you share your feelings and ideas with your management and HR. This is a fascinating and naturally difficult journey, but we are already seeing the impact we are making on the process industries and specifically the refining and petrochemical sectors.
