      Pros

      Not being micromanaged and having your very own classroom. The bond with the children is what makes everything worth it!

      Cons

      Are not allowed to retrieve any items you’ve left in your classroom. Like a family when employed, very unprofessional when not employed any longer and looking to gather your belongings.
