First of all, we honestly appreciate your feedback. It is important for all of our employees to be able to candidly share any areas in which they feel stuck or incomplete. With that being said, we know In Time Tec is not for everyone. People either love it or they hate it. And we are ok with that. It sounds like you were in the “hate it” camp. While we disagree with the language used in your review, we do see where you are coming from. We do want people to be all in, we do hire great people, we will keep giving raises. We will even ask newer employees to be leaders. In fact, we ask all our employees to be leaders in the sense that a title doesn’t determine if you can or cannot lead. We believe that everyone can be a leader by showing up for others, making meaningful contributions, and being their authentic selves. You can lead as a junior software engineer or as the manager of a department.
It is unfortunate that you did not experience our values of trust, transparency, integrity, and leadership during your short time here. We are experiencing massive growth because of our commitment to Create Abundance and we are working hard to make sure everyone has the same experience while they are with us. It seems that we missed the mark with you.
