Pros
The people are nice and easy to work with. They value the student interns' experience and are very considerate and understanding when it comes to school requirements. Learned various skills as well.
Cons
Even though In Touch is an organization advocating for mental health, I think their internship program is not for students who really want to get into the clinical side. My work for them was purely administrative, and more on content creation. But nonetheless, I think this experience allows you to gain skills and hone them, such as interpersonal skills, communication skills, and even the importance of being a team player.
