Pros
the Atmosphere was Laid back but serious enough to keep the hard-working mindset . The CEO is ever present and there is a staff of Fairly competent individuals employed.
Cons
Certain instances rolls were and functions were not as clearly defined as I would have lied to see. There were expectations, but they were not communicated well. This may have contributed to the down fall of certain individuals who would otherwise have faired well at the company.
