      There is possible room for growth

      Cons

      They pay way less than other companies You have to use your personal devices Benefits are not good (low PTO and no sick time) RBTs are not guaranteed hours so if your kid cancels you are not getting paid at all

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
