All administrators of the business talk poorly about field staff. They do not support field staff. When problems arise at buildings, they are never on your side and you are always the one doing something wrong. Although you may be offered a higher salary, they will not stick to your contract of service area. If you are looking for a company to help you grow into your best self and clinican, this is not the company for you. They will drown you with work with no extra compensation. Very high turn of all staff at the company, ask about it at your interview. Very poor communication from management to all staff. This company needs more people to tell them that their old school way of thinking and managing does not work for the current generation of clinicans. "My way or the high way" is a good way to describe how they manage the team.
