Pros

there are no pros for this job.

Cons

InParallel is not good company to work for. There are unethical when it comes to work ethics and they'll tell during training you have no daily goals. But after a week they expect for you to meet the minimum goal. If you don't meet the your daily goal you are sent home if you don't have certain amount halfway through the day. Every two weeks your hourly pay rate fluctuates from $10-$19 hour basic off what you produce daily.

Pros

I've been there for a couple of months now and I love it. Its a really cool and down-to-earth place. Management is laid back and they're willing to work with you. If you're trying to make money, it will definitely happen. I'm making 17 bucks just to verify student's information and I've only been there since the beginning of the summer! They worked around my schedule. I dropped my other job as I'm getting paid way more! I can honestly say this is not for the weak but if you're a go-getter and not afraid of hearing no, you'll do well.

Cons

Breaks change and aren't the same everyday. Other than that, its cool.

Pros

The work is fairly easy. Send people back to school right? Try to maintain numbers with leads that are provided for you.

Cons

Basically you are working as a telemarketer that helps the company "sell" private information of unsuspecting citizens to the highest bidder. This is done under the guise of sending people back to school when they are actually looking for jobs unbeknownst to the employee. Employees feel pressured to deceive potential clients into going back to school. These schools are not the top colleges in the education industry and could possibly go out of business at any time.
