      Pros

      The people not in management are supportive, and fabulous co-workers. Without them, and the friendships formed there - the company would have NO long term employees.

      Cons

      Management is mean to employees. They tear them down both professionally and personally on a daily basis. Not only does any given employee have this done by 1 person on a daily basis, but by several - as each LGS has several managers/bosses at any given time.

      Pros

      Good company, loved the people and atmosphere. Had potential. Was a great place to work. I made great friendships. Changes started after new leadership took over... after the company was sold/acquired... the company changed for the worse.

      Cons

      Changes in leadership were constant. CEO, Flint didn't come from Florida to visit was telling sign. I was always afraid when the place would close because it didn't seem like priority despite being told otherwise. Sad.
