      Incedo has a great vision, focused on building AI native talent, building domain expertise and invest in solutioning mindset. Focus is on quality over quantity and that's what customers look for. With respect to employee experience, compared to other firms, Incedo does a lot for its employees, new hires get a welcome kit, work anniversaries and promotions are celebrated, salaries are frequently reviewed and are given as par in the market. Benefits are competitive.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
