Dear Incedoer, thank you for taking the time to review us. It is great to know that you feel so positive about life at Incedo. I am in agreement with you on most points. However, the comment on " lack of policies & procedures" is a surprise as we do have well defined policies which contribute to sustaining a people friendly environment. Nevertheless, your feedback indicates that we may need to do more to enhance the degree of awareness.
