      It's a good company for freshers to explore their areas of strengths and learn and grow beyond your limits. Mentors and seniors are really helpful and always ready to help. It's a great learning experience being here!

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
