      salary structure is good.Thats it

      Well lets say..whre should i start.Its totally screwed up from any angle. You will not be allowed to take mobile phones in development centre.seriously you will be in dark till you check your mobile phone in case of urgency.Your family will start hating you as you willl be spending most of tym in pathetic ODC. CEO is a crook who got fired from flipkart.If you dont believe me then google yourself.He is facing some criminal charges .Previous CEO was nice man.But this CEO nevr listen to his people. sycophancy at its best

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
