LOL. Funny that this is the only pro: 1. Salary has been crediting on the last day every month. 2. Allows us to work from home 2 days/week.
Cons
In 21st century, in the same of cybersecurity: 1. Most of browsable internet is blacklisted through multiple security apps running on office laptops. 2. You can't install any application on your laptop without IT intervention. 3. I spend 15-30 mins everyday raising service request to IT for enabling important URLs. Convince them why its important. Really? 4. Work very hard through the year. Manager verbally promises a handsome hike during mid-year review. By the Financial Year end, quotes that HR has not approved more than 6% on account of economical slowdown. 5. Incredibly legacy technology stack. Working on C, Embedded platforms(20 years old). Old enough to rust your CV.
