Pros

Remote work is always a plus. This is a hybrid environment. Working from home 2-3 days a week and then going onsite for a few hours a week is nice. It is nice to have the flexibility to decide what your day or week is going to look like. Also, even though it's contract work, employees who work 30 or more hours per week health insurance is paid 100% for the employee and 50% for the dependents of the employee. 5 sick day are also offered.

Cons

There are a few people who started this company, who are nice, but they need fresh ideas to get it to where it needs to be professionally. They are lacking in both foundational aspects, such as policy and procedures and professionalism in certain areas. The core group of people who started this company has started other companies together, therefore, it seems to be challenging for them to listen to employees outside of this core group. They must fail at something before they seek advice from employees, even though the employees may have been offering proactive solutions. Most solutions are reactive.
