This is a fast moving, forward thinking company made up of great people, always learning, always growing, always figuring out new ways, better ways, good pay, great benefits, awesome campus and lots of fun and hard work.

Never enough time in the day to do all I want to do. I love the challenge. I have people who care about me and teach me new things all the time which I love, I just dont have enough hours in the day. I look up and the day is over.

The company is constantly expanding, adding new websites, new projects, and new clients. Business-wise this sounds amazing, but internally it is a constant struggle to scale-up, grow your people, and meet goals. I am incredibly grateful to have been chosen for a management position. The last three years, since I was appointed PM, have been immensely rewarding. I am leading an incredibly talented team and working on super interesting projects. When I go to bed at night I feel accomplished. I have passed the stage in my life when money was the top priority. Now I want to build my career up and create things that I will be proud of for the rest of my life. IS has made this dream possible with its continued support. Thank you!

I really feel the need to point out how stressful project management in IS can be. You are juggling with responsibilities, client expectations, and the needs of your team. Some decisions are hard to explain internally, while mistakes can be hard to swallow for clients. I feel like I am constantly walking on the edge of the precipice – one false move and your client get upset. I have shared my concerns with the management, especially since I know I am prone to anxiety, and they have been very supportive. I know growth is a great thing business-wise, but I just hope we could have more stability.
