Pros
The company offers a great office environment, a supportive atmosphere, and fantastic colleagues. It’s an excellent place to develop and enhance your skills, especially at the start of your career.
Cons
The company suffers from a lack of high-quality projects and tends to overburden employees. Management frequently assigns additional tasks and projects to experienced employees during any downtime, creating a constant sense of pressure. A concerning practice is the reliance on senior employees to pass interviews for trainees and junior developers, allowing the company to charge clients senior-level rates while paying the hired individuals junior-level salaries. While those who pass interviews receive a small monthly bonus, they are also expected to attend daily meetings in place of the juniors. This approach often leads to stressful situations, as juniors may struggle to complete tasks effectively, causing delays and complications. When issues arise, the blame unfairly shifts to the senior employees.
