Micromanaged for no reason Poor communication from management Work is not guaranteed each week and your schedule is manipulated on a dime, making it an unsustainable full time job Nobody has any skills on managing kids with behavioral issues, they use infantile "three strike" policies which do nothing but make things worse Understaffed to the point where people were asked to come in with COVID
