Incredible connection has grown a lot ever since the covid 19 virus was introduced to South Africa. We have been working on commission base system and our company now wants implement a new commission structure which will make it impossible to make a living. Our basic is R5000 from which medical (which we are forced to take), uif etc is deducted and our incentives and commission is taxed pay as earn. Recently a fellow colleagues claim that we never had a basic salary to start with and we have been mislead. the company is really exploiting us and we do not have a voice since incredible connection does not want us join a union which our right. this notorious company wants maximum profit without wanting to pay us make commission targets impossible to achieve because according to them we earn to much .
