      Used to be innovative and market leading. Extremely talented and industry leading people and a lot of creative freedom.

      Cons

      Management positions made based on good political skills rather then actual professional knowledge. Company growth base shifted to marketing tricks and SEO rather then actual product development.

      Pros

      Diverse products. The CEO has a very clear vision of where he would like to see the company in few years. Extra HR attention to team leaders and department managers.

      Cons

      Sometimes management requires a lot in a short period of time and reaching the goals of the company comes first to the employees welfare.
