Pros
I chose Increff over larger, better-known companies because something about the culture and the problem space felt different. That instinct turned out to be exactly right. Within my first year I was involved in board-level reporting, The kind of exposure that would take five or six years at a large corporation happened here in two. The cross-functional relationships I built with Sales, Success, and Engineering gave me a rounded understanding of how a SaaS company's economics actually work. The systems were clean, the processes were disciplined, and my manager invested real time in my development. I left to pursue further studies, and the manner in which Increff supported that decision, with strong references and gracious goodwill, reflected the character of the organisation.
