Once was Amazing, but Rapidly Declining - Anonymous employee IndeVets Employee Review

When I first joined IndeVets, I would have easily given it 5 stars. The company seemed to genuinely care about its employees, upheld strong values, and provided a fantastic work environment. However, over the past year, everything has taken a turn for the worse. New leadership has brought a wave of changes, and unfortunately, most of them are not for the better. There has been significant employee turnover, including the loss of many key management positions. Pay and commission structures have been reduced, and some of the great benefits that originally set IndeVets apart are being taken away. The company culture is completely different now. Trust in leadership has eroded, and many employees feel uncertain about their job security. The focus now seems entirely on profit rather than maintaining the values and standards that once defined the organization. Additionally, the company is struggling to provide enough shifts for doctors, which is frustrating for both staff and clients. It’s disheartening to see a company that was once so inspiring lose its way. If things don’t change, I fear they may be headed for more significant challenges.
