      Pros

      You truly feel like the business cares for you and wants to see you progress within the business. During the pandemic, the senior leaders have been extremely transparent with plans and have been caring for their employees offering "YOU" days once a month as well as unlimited time off.

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of.

      Pros

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
